We rely on intelligent automation engineering and use the latest digital technologies to implement your projects efficiently and future-proof. As early as the planning phase, we create a digital automation twin based on one or more MTP files. This allows you to experience, simulate and optimise your final solution at an early stage of the project - even before the physical implementation begins.
Our project management is based on agile methods that enable flexible, transparent and highly efficient implementation. Through iterative development processes and close collaboration, we guarantee you the highest quality in the shortest possible time - in line with the principle: "Doing twice the work in half the time."
Software development
We don't programme - we configure and integrate. Modern, library-based DCS systems from SIEMENS, Schneider Electric, Emerson, ABB and especially CopaData Zenon enable the highest software quality in the shortest possible time. Thanks to standardised modules, tested components and consistent reusability, we guarantee maximum efficiency, stability and ease of maintenance.
For cost-conscious customers, we have developed proBase - a WINCC-based, S88-compliant solution from PAVIS for smaller systems. proBase combines proven industry standards with flexible, modular concepts and offers an economical automation solution that ensures maximum efficiency at optimised costs.
Electrical design
We rely on the latest planning tools such as EPLAN to ensure maximum precision and efficiency in electrical design. But even more important is the expertise of our experienced electrical designers. With many years of expertise and a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements, they develop customised solutions that are perfectly tailored to your needs.
Switchgear construction
The switchgear is the centrepiece of every automation solution. Its quality, functionality and reliability are key factors in determining the performance and reliability of your processes. Thanks to short supply chains, the highest quality standards and comprehensive certifications - including standardised FAT testing - we guarantee you maximum quality and operational reliability.
Commissioning & Qualification
Thanks to our high software quality and intensive testing (SW FAT), we guarantee you smooth and fast commissioning. For us, the qualification of our software solutions is not an additional expense, but a matter of course - with the aim of providing you with an automation solution that is still reliable and easy to maintain even years later.
