Together with Semodia GmbH, we are presenting a completely new concept for biopharmaceutical production at BIOSPAIN 2025.
From process planning to MTP
We will be demonstrating live on site how process and functional diagrams can be converted into an MTP file (Module Type Package) - and how this can then be automatically integrated into MTP-capable control systems.
The principle can be compared to a "printer driver for complex processes": instead of manually configuring each system, modules are described in a standardized way and read directly into the automation system.
