PAVIS Engineering GmbH is pleased to welcome Sebastian Bauer as a new team member and expert in process control technology. With over 15 years of experience in the brewing and food industries and global assignments as a technologist, Sebastian enriches our team with deep practical knowledge, system expertise, and a solid understanding of technological processes.
After completing his traditional training as a brewer and earning his brewmaster certification at the Doemens Academy, Sebastian worked in breweries of all sizes – from small craft operations to international large-scale breweries producing more than 10 million hectoliters. Since 2020, he has been active worldwide in commissioning, project support, and process optimization.
What Sebastian brings to PAVIS:
Technology & Process Control Systems: Extensive experience with ProLeit, Braumat/Sistar, Nerb, Bischoff, and Botec.
Project Support: Assistance with new installations and projects, including FAT/SAT, optimization of existing systems, and staff training.
Production & Process Analysis: In-depth analysis and optimization of existing programs and recipes to improve product quality, reduce process times, and minimize chemical usage.
Understanding of Food Production: Whether in manual or automated operations, Sebastian understands the needs of both modern and traditional production environments in the food and brewing industries.
Product Development: Support in developing new products – from traditional styles to innovative concepts.
Comprehensive Project Management: Technical support from initial planning through implementation to the expansion of systems and facilities.
