The migration of the Botec F1 to the Siemens Braumat V8.1 was a significant challenge that was overcome with a clear focus and determined teamwork. The project team worked closely together to successfully realise the conversion and the addition of parts of the hardware.

In a challenging project in switchgear construction, we took on the electrical installation and the laying of compressed air lines for a state-of-the-art crystallisation plant. Despite the requirements without a control system, we managed to realise the project quickly and successfully.

We developed a Siemens PCS7 software with batch function & route control. A team of 2-5 engineers worked partly in 3-shift operation on 20+ Siemens 410 CPUs. Year-round projects enabled flexible capacities. With 2000+ hours/year we made an important contribution to process optimisation.
