CITTTIC AG, CH sells 100% of the shares in Schaltag AG, Schaltag CZ and PAVIS GmbH from its group of companies to the newly founded Helanis AG in Switzerland, managed by Dominik Hanslin.
Helanis AG thus brings together a team of over 250 specialists with more than 90 years of experience in customised industrial solutions in the fields of automation, engineering, switch cabinet construction, special machine and apparatus construction, mechatronics and cable assembly.
The strength of the new group results from the common focus, the close co-operation between Schaltag and PAVIS at all levels and an intensive exchange of automation know-how and resources.
